How to make

Heat the oil on a frying pan.
Enter the goat meat, stir-fry until cooked.
ADD onion and margarine, stir-fry until fragrant.
Enter the cardamom powder and stir well.
Add the rice, curry powder, and coriander. Reduce heat. Cook until all ingredients are well blended.
Enter pepper, Royco Cow, and cumin oil. Stir well. Sprinkle with raisins and chili. Stir well.
Remove and serve.
Sprinkle with fried shallots.
